*CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER are determined the morning of your event before we deliver. If you decide to cancel due to poor weather conditions, your deposit would be refunded. You must cancel by 7:00 am day of event.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do not provide the water or the water hose.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive half hour to four hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as four hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call at least 24 hours before your event to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
